Every copy and scan is passed through our Quality Control Department, where each page is checked against its original to ensure flawless reproduction.

Trial Boards

We can create standard trial boards or customize the size to fit your needs.

Bates Numbering

Avalon can affix bates labels by hand or apply them electronically, adding custom prefixes or suffixes to your numbers, as well as any special stamps your documents may require.

X-Ray Duplication

Our duplication technology allows us to copy film negatives or transfer them to CD, or print from CD onto x-ray film.

Audio/Video Media Duplication

Avalon can duplicate DVDs and CDs. We can also duplicate VHS and audio cassettes or copy them to DVDs or CDs.

Litigation Support Software Sales and Training

Avalon's certified Summation and Concordance trainers can provide consultation and training for individuals or groups.

OCR

OCR (Optical Character Recognition) we can convert scanned images to documents that are electronically searchable and then create a file type that suits your needs.

Blowbacks

We can print color or black and white images from your database, and even add watermarks or special footers if needed.

Coding/Autocoding

From one or two fields to full bibliographic coding, Avalon can manually code your database. We also have autocoding capabilities, which extracts up to twenty fields of information from your documents and populates your database.

Database Creation

Our specialists can load documents to your preferred database type as well as manage your litigation support databases.
