Ben Gielow is the Director of Operations for the Rochester office. He joined the team in 2014 as a Document Specialist where he learned the production aspect of the business. Seeking growth and further development, Ben was promoted into the sales function of the business as a Customer Service Representative where he focused on the customer experience. His current path has led him back into the operational role drawing from his prior sales and operational experiences. Ben’s solid business foundation will help the Rochester office continue to thrive in an ever-changing market.
Ben has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration – Management from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkansas.
