Dave Paulick joined Avalon in 2006 as the Director of Managed Office Services, now holding the position of Vice President of Managed Office Services. With more than 20 years of operations management experience, Dave has the background to provide these services throughout the United States. He began his career in the facilities management industry in 1995 in the headquarters of a national bank, before becoming an account manager overseeing numerous locations of a global law firm.

At Avalon, Dave oversees each account from the initial contact through the day-to-day operations once an agreement is established. He analyzes each client’s situation and identifies the best personnel, equipment, and software to support and exceed expectations for every facilities management client.

Dave serves on Avalon’s leadership team and, as a key member of the analyst team, he is responsible for drilling down into the prospective client’s operational expenses and procedures, to find opportunity for both cost savings and best practice improvements.
