Noll

Robert Noll is the Vice President of Operations at Avalon. He joined the team in 2015 as the Director of Operations in the Buffalo office. Rob has 25+ years of experience in the legal document services vertical focusing on Digital Imaging and Document Services Management. Rob’s core focus is the operational expense management and stream lined process improvement for all of Avalon’s footprint.

Prior to joining Avalon, Rob started his career at Knightrider Overnight Copy Service as a Document Specialist. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to a Customer Service Representative, and had held various positions within the organization that have helped him develop a diverse background in the document services industry before moving back to follow his passion in operations.

Rob was the Operations Manager for Ricoh Americas’ Buffalo and Rochester Legal Document Services division for more than eighteen years, and in 2009 received the Operations Manager of the Year award in recognition of operational excellence.

He has had the privilege over his lengthy career to have learned and developed his skill set from some of the great leaders in the industry, and one who instilled in him to never compromise his standards. That piece of advice early on in his career, has lead him to set a high bar to strive for a great quality work product.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts, and Minor in Art History from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
