Darren Bregande is the Managing Partner of Avalon’s Syracuse and Utica offices. After working as a Customer Service Representative for Avalon in Syracuse in the early 2000s, Darren jumped back into his former career in financial services, most recently as a Vice President/Branch Manager for Key Bank.
Throughout his banking career, which lasted nearly 20 years, Darren had a reputation for building successful teams, acting as a mentor, and delivering world class customer service. He’s always quick to mention that the core values he learned at Avalon were carried over to his work in banking for many years thereafter. Darren returned to Avalon in 2021 to lead the Syracuse and Utica markets through our growing and ever-changing industry.
Darren’s goals at Avalon are to leverage his leadership skills, sales and service management experience, and problem-solving abilities to develop and grow his team, as well as maintain a consistent engagement with clients. Ensuring Avalon continues to be the number one choice for the complex and unique needs of our customers is also a top priority.
