Michael Byrne is the Managing Partner of Avalon’s Rochester location. He joined the team in December 2001 as a Client Service Representative in our Syracuse location. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to Director of Client Services, a position he held for a couple of years. He learned about Avalon’s core values and excellent customer service model that focused 100% on our clients.
In February 2006, Michael relocated to Rochester and was appointed Managing Partner. As Managing Partner, he is responsible for increasing revenue in all of our service offerings while finding the most efficient ways to complete our client work product. Michael is a solutions‑based individual who uses his creativity to solve the toughest problems and make clients look great. He strives to produce perfect work, every time, helping him maintain close relationships with clients.
In 2000, Michael graduated from Niagara University with a B.S. in Business Logistics. He leads by example and is a great role model for both his team members at work and his family at home.
