Rachel Loebsack started with Avalon in 2011. Working from the ground up, she joined the company as a mail clerk, quickly moving into a management role and now holds the title of Director of Managed Office Services. Rachel currently oversees 25 team members spread out over 8 locations in multiple states. With 15 years of customer service background, she places an importance on building strong client relationships and believes in the combination of service-minded people and streamlined efficient processes as the key to the division’s success.
