Lew Airth is the Director of Centralized Services. He joined Avalon in 2008 as the Director of Graphics. Through dedicated effort and hard work, in 2010, Lew became the Vice President of Production where he was instrumental in the restructuring of the production team.

Lew was also the driving force behind Avalon’s signage service line. He researched and purchased new machines, rearranged the Syracuse location to accommodate the machines, coordinated with the vendors, and oversaw team member training for the new machines, ultimately setting the foundation for a successful service.

Lew has been a part of Avalon’s leadership team since 2010 and continues to help shape the company’s overall direction. With various leadership positions in his repertoire, he is relied upon to assist with complex production requests and schedules.

In 2013, Lew became the managing partner of our Utica, New York location. Since 2013, the Utica office has grown its market share considerably. Lew concentrates daily on providing Avalon’s clients with a wide range of services. In 2016, to further align with Avalon’s overall company goals, Lew has passed his ACEDS certification and is now a Certified eDiscovery Specialist.
